General Terms and Conditions of Service

This document constitutes the binding legal agreement between the user and Pirots 4. By accessing and using our technical services, the user declares to have read, understood, and fully accepted these provisions, which govern all activities on the platform in Italy.

The use of any section of the platform implies unequivocal consent to these terms. We reserve the right to modify this agreement to adapt it to legislative or technical changes. Users will be informed of significant variations through the site's interface.

Limited access To use the platform, you must be at least 18 years old and possess full legal capacity according to Italian laws. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that the use of the service is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence.

User profile management The user is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials. The creation of multiple accounts for a single individual is prohibited; in case of technical duplication, the system will proceed to close all associated profiles for security reasons.

The user undertakes to:

• Provide truthful information during registration.
• Not to use the platform for illicit or fraudulent purposes.
• Not to attempt to violate the technical integrity of the system through malware or cyber attacks.
• Not to perform actions that could damage the technical reputation of Pirots 4.

If the service includes financial transactions:

• Deposits can only be made using payment methods legally registered to the user.
• Withdrawals may be subject to prior technical validation of compliance with the terms of use.
• Any technical processing fees, if applicable, will be clearly communicated before confirming the operation.

The user acknowledges that digital entertainment services may involve inherent risks of loss. Pirots 4 does not guarantee certain results or financial returns. Access to the platform is provided "as is", and may be subject to technical interruptions for maintenance or force majeure.

All content on the platform, including logos, graphics, technical texts and programming code, is the exclusive property of Pirots 4 or its licensors. Total or partial reproduction without written authorization is prohibited.

To the extent permitted by law in Italy, Pirots 4 will not be liable for indirect damages or malfunctions of the user's internet connection. Any legal dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the corresponding Court, according to current Italian legislation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service in case of violation of terms, suspicious activities or requests from competent authorities in Italy.
